This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for analyga (the "Service"), operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). analyga is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Signing up creates a tenant on the Free plan with no card required, so you can evaluate the Service — including the tga CLI and MCP server — before paying anything. We recommend confirming the Service meets your needs on the Free plan before upgrading, because paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable (see below).
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are purchased through Stripe Checkout. An AI agent may request a checkout URL on your tenant's behalf, but only a human can complete payment. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. The fee covers the plan's quotas for that period (websites, monthly event volume, data retention, and seats). You are charged in the currency shown at checkout, exclusive of any applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or via the CLI. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your tenant is downgraded to the Free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current period's fee (see Section 4).
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy. In particular, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for periods in which your usage was below your plan's quotas, or for a downgrade taking effect mid-period.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in exceptional circumstances — for example, a sustained failure of the Service attributable to us, or a billing error on our part. Requests are assessed case by case; granting one request does not oblige us to grant others.
Where we terminate a paid plan for a serious breach of our Terms of Service (such as fraud, abuse, or attempts to breach tenant isolation), fees already paid are non-refundable and any outstanding fees remain due.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including, where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom.
Where a statutory right of cancellation ("cooling-off period") applies to a consumer purchase of digital services, please note that by starting to use a paid plan immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that performance begins at once and that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed. This does not affect any refund you are entitled to by law for a service we have failed to provide.
Some plans include an event-volume allowance, and certain plans may bill event-volume overage in addition to the flat monthly fee. Usage-based and overage charges reflect data already collected and processed on your behalf and are non-refundable. You can monitor usage against your quota in the dashboard to avoid unexpected overage.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your tenant may be downgraded to the Free plan or suspended until the balance is settled. Data beyond the Free plan's retention window may be removed once you are downgraded.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at billing@tyga.cloud so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your tenant pending resolution.
